The Indiana Young Democrats Women’s Caucus’ mission is to empower and engage women in the democratic process through civic resources, education, advocacy and activism in order to ensure all women’s voices are heard and listened to.

OUr GOALS

● To empower young women to become more involved in the political process to strengthen our influence over decisions that affect our lives.
● To engage and educate our communities on the importance of intersectionality, inclusion and equality.
● To advocate for systematic changes needed for women to grow, lead and succeed in the workforce and in government.
● To support and elect women at the local, state and federal levels of government who will advocate the values of the IYDWC.
